In episode 61, Savita Bhabhi and her husband Ashok invite their recent American neighbours to unwind at their rented beach property. Savita, however, nearly drowns in the Arabian Sea, shattering the peace. Fortunately, Alex is nearby to perform some mouth-to-mouth therapy, but it involves more penetration than CPR!
