Women have been terrorised by a couple of robbers late at night on the streets. In addition to robbing people of their valuables and vehicles, burglars also strip their victims naked and leave them defenceless. Savita asks her friend Priya Rao from the "Encounter Specialist" to put up a sexy sting operation because the neighbourhood police are overwhelmed by the crimes.
