In broad daylight, Velamma is robbed as a criminal tries to take her new purse. Fortunately, a nearby young female martial arts student steps in to help and sends the would-be thief fleeing with only a few scrapes and the purse. However, the attempted robbery persuades Velamma to enroll in a self-defense course. Velamma proved to be a natural at martial arts, crushing her opponents in the beginners' class despite feeling out of shape. As a result, Vela is promoted to the advanced class, where she must demonstrate her mettle against legitimate MMA competitors. In this new Velamma episode, see Velamma kick some ass!
